Bookings and Payments
Bookings at Villa Antica Macina are processed instantly, rooms are reserved for the period of time indicated in the booking and customers need to promptly pay the full amount of the booking using Paypal.

Cancellations
To cancel your booking, please select ‘cancellation’ on the subject line of our contact form. Please provide your name, email address and phone number, and remember to specify the room and dates of your booking.
If you are entitled to a full or partial reimbursement, in compliance with our cancellation policy below, please indicate how you would prefer to be reimbursed and provide the necessary details.
We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Cancellation policy
The following terms apply in case of cancellation:
- If canceled or modified up to 10 days before the arrival date, no fee will be charged;
- For cancellations or modifications made after this date or no-shows will be charged the full amount
